great access and modern amenities
mtr access airport bus gym equipment seasonal pool
the location offered easy access to the mtr. a direct bus to and from the airport was available. the gym included equipment. i appreciated the pool , though it was only open during the summer season.
i noticed a slight smell from the bedding .

Fantastic Hotel Stay
comfortable bed friendly staff excellent isolation
The bed provided really good comfort and the room size exceeded my expectations. Staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and politeness and always solved my issues. A water machine eliminated the need to boil or purchase water, and a laundry area allowed convenient washing and drying. The bathroom featured separate doors for the shower and toilet, and temperature control in the room was effective. Closet and drawer space was plentiful, and sound isolation was superb, thus I noticed minimal noise.
The gym was good, but I did notice the music was repetative.

The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. The toilet and shower are in separate areas providing additional convenience. I found sufficient storage space with an open closet concept and hangers.

A gym provided water, towels. a changing area for visitors. The pool located on the 28th floor was very amazing. The laundry was very helpful since I could wash my clothes.

Check-in and check-out were prompt with polite staff. When I have encountered problems with the toilet, staff quickly resolved it. The hotel even had a shuttle service to the nearby train station.

the front desk service was not cute i did not see them smile. it reminded me of certain guests were favored. also the bedding consistently had a strange smell it was quite off putting.

The bed was so very comfortable, and the room was larger than i had dared to hope. the staff were unfailingly friendly and polite. They assisted promptly, no matter the hour. i appreciated the laundry area. It allowed me to run and dry my clothes as i do at home. Such a small luxury.

The minibar was not restocked daily, a real inconvenience. One morning, housekeeping forgot to replace the coffee pods, so I had to call down. The response was prompt. But it shouldn't have been necessary.
